I will ask you for a detailed memo by fax or e-mail, setting out the facts and issues and confirming the due date.
If you prefer to give instructions on the phone, I will send you a confirming e-mail.
If I will need any materials, such as transcripts or an application record, we’ll determine the best way to send them to me.

Delivery of the completed work

Your choices for delivery include:
for print material - courier, fax or mail
for electronic documents - e-mail attachment, floppy disk or CD-ROM, in Word, WordPerfect or PDF format

What will it cost?

My fees are based on a reasonable hourly rate. Block fees can often be arranged. I will be glad to give an estimate when you call.

Use of on-line legal databases is included in my fee; you/your client do not pay additional charges for connection time or downloads. Photocopying, binding and courier fees are charged as disbursements.

You will receive a detailed invoice, with copies of any invoices and cheques relating to disbursements.
